From Asheville:

1. Take I40 West to Exit #27
2. Travel on US 23/74 South (Smoky Mount Expressway) to Exit #81 at Dillsboro, NC
3. Travel on US 23/441 South to Franklin, NC. You will pass Franklin Ford on right.
4. Stay on 441 South through 3 Red lights and exit on 441 South (2nd Ramp) toward Clayton, Ga. (The Lowes Exit).
5. Franklin Plaza will be on your immediate right and Providence Builders is in the middle of the center. #19

From Clayton, Georgia:

1. Take 441 N to Franklin (approximately 21 Miles)
2. As you enter the Franklin area, you will pass “The Factory” on the right (notice the Ferris wheel) with a Wendy’s, Shoney’s, Huddle House, etc. also on the right.
3. At the 1std Red light turn left into the Franklin Plaza Shopping Center (McDonald’s will be on your immediate left).
4. Providence Builders is in the middle of the center. #199
