DEL Construction, LLC T/A Providence Builders was established in 2005. Providence Builders is wholly owned by Drake Enterprises Ltd.

General Contractor License #59089 - Unlimited Classification

The original premise was to establish a construction company to meet the needs of the Drake family of companies with ventures into the market place for specific projects that meet the financial and market segment goals.

Providence Builders is managed by Neil Enloe who was raised in Jackson County close to Whittier, N.C. Neil is a 1973 Civil Engineering graduate from the University of Tennessee. He has spent the last 34 years in the construction industry completing projects in the Commercial, Industrial, and Residential markets. Before coming to Drake Enterprises, he spent 20 years in management for Suitt Construction Company of Greenville, S.C.
